How do I uninstall Trading Station Desktop?

Some technical issues that can occur with the platform will need to be corrected by performing a full uninstall and reinstall of the Trading Station platform. If you are experiencing technical issues with the platform, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on "Start" and select "Control Panel."
  2. Next, click on "Add or Remove Programs."
  3. From here, select "FXCM Trading Station" A dialog box will appear to confirm that you would like to uninstall the platform. Click "Yes."
