What is an Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF) CFD?

An Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF) CFD is a CFD where the underlying asset is the share price of an ETF.

A CFD, or Contract for Difference, offers you all the benefits of trading ETFs without having to physically own them. Simply put, it is a contract that mirrors the performance of an underlying instrument. It is traded on margin, and just like physical shares of an ETF, your profit or loss is determined by the difference between the price you buy and the price you sell.
