How do I install an Expert Advisor (EA) to MetaTrader 4 with build 509/574+?

To install an EA to MetaTrader 4 with build 509 or 574:

  1. Download and Install the EA to your desktop
  2. Right click to “copy” the EA
  3. Go to “Start” –> “Computer” –> “C Drive” (Local Disk/Hard Disk) -> “Program Files (x86)” -> “FXCM MetaTrader 4” -> “Experts”
  4. Right click and paste the EA
  5. Close your MetaTrader 4 and reopen it
  6. View your Navigator window and the Experts folder to view your EA
