How do I install a custom indicator to MetaTrader 4 with Build 509/574

To install a custom indicator to MetaTrader 4 with build 509 or 574:

  1. Download and Install the Indicator to your desktop   
  2. Right click to “copy” the Indicator
  3. Go to “Start” –> “Computer” –> “C Drive” (Local Disk/Hard Disk) -> “Program Files (x86)” -> “FXCM MetaTrader” -> “Indicators”
  4. Right click and paste the Indicator
  5. Close your MetaTrader 4 and reopen it
  6. View your Navigator window and the Custom Indicators folder to view your Indicators.
