How do I open an account with Skrill?

The Account Sign Up form can be completed on Skrill. In addition, Skrill requires submission of ID and Proof of Residence to complete the application. FXCM will not accept funds from an incomplete Skrill account. To avoid delays in depositing, the client should complete their application with Skrill prior to funding via Skrill.
