How can I switch my account to MetaTrader 4?

To switch your account over to MetaTrader 4:

1. Log into MyFXCM  with your username
2. Hover your mouse over "Account Settings" and select "Add New Account"
3. On the "Add New Account" screen, click "Please create a new account with different login information”
4. Select New Account Type: "MetaTrader 4" and select your preferred currency*
5. Select a password for your new account
6. At the bottom of the screen, you can enter the amount you would like to have transferred into this new MetaTrader 4 account.
   
   
   • Transferring your full balance to the new MetaTrader 4 account will close your current account.

The new account will be setup in 1-2 business days. Check your email for updates as all information is sent to your email.

*Please note that all your current positions will need to be closed if you transfer all your funds to a new account.
