Can I submit funds if my NETELLER account is incomplete?

No, FXCM will not accept funds from an incomplete NETELLER account. If funds are received, FXCM will require the client to complete the NETELLER application within 10 business days. If the application is still incomplete after the holding period, funds will be returned to the originating NETELLER account.
