I deposited funds into an old closed account. What happens next?

If you also have an open account, the funds will be credited to your open account.

  • This is a manual process which may result in a slight delay before you will have access to your funds.
  • Please allow up to 1 full business day. A “Transaction Notification” email will be sent as confirmation when the funds are credited.

If you do not have an open account, we will place your deposit on hold and email you a request for a new application.

  1. Please check your email for the application.
  2. You can speed up the process by submitting your new application now.
  3. Once the new account has been created, the funds will be credited accordingly.
