How do I stop a strategy?

To stop your strategy immediately:
1. Navigate to the menu on the left-hand side of the page and click My Strategies.
2. Then click on the strategy menu icon.
3. Select the Stop button. After doing so, our confirmation page will give you one last chance to keep your strategy running.

Stopping your strategy will prevent future entries and exits. This means that if you have any open positions and/or pending orders related to that strategy, they will be closed or canceled right away.

If you want to stop your strategy and keep related positions open, you can continue to monitor these positions through Trading Station by changing your preferences. To do this, expand the Preferences menu after you`ve clicked “Stop” on your strategy and select the second option on the list.
